What we collect
This pilot website does not create user accounts or use an intake database. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, product URL, screenshots or localization files.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, production customer records, health information or other sensitive personal data. We may decline or ask you to remove data that is not needed for the review.
How files are used
Materials are used only to assess scope and deliver the agreed review. They are not sold, used to train a public model or published as a portfolio example without written permission.
Retention
We keep working materials only as long as reasonably needed to complete the service, handle clarification and maintain basic transaction records. You may request deletion of non-required working copies by emailing us.
