Scope first
No order is accepted until both sides confirm the input, coverage, price, delivery target and exclusions in writing. Website prices apply only to the stated pilot limits.
Nature of the service
NativeCheck CN provides language and product-context review for Simplified Chinese content. Findings are professional opinions based on the agreed sample and do not guarantee commercial performance, legal compliance, error-free software or acceptance by any platform or authority.
Excluded work
The pilot does not provide certified, legal, medical or financial translation; regulatory advice; security testing; production account operation; or unlimited revision. Work outside the confirmed scope requires a new quote.
Client responsibility
The client confirms that they have the right to share submitted material, removes unnecessary personal data and makes the final decision to publish. The client should test corrected files in their own staging environment.
Payment and refunds
Payment terms are stated in the written scope confirmation. If we cannot begin or complete the agreed service, the affected amount will be refunded. A completed review is not refundable solely because the client chooses not to use the recommendations.
